Master Consultancy and Entrepreneurship at Rotterdam Business School

The Master in Consultancy and Entrepreneurship programme is your stepping stone into the world of consultancy. You will achieve a deep understanding of enterprises in order to advise them effectively. You will learn how to apply your knowledge and skills in advising clients or leading your own business.

What will you accomplish?
A management consultant is someone who helps organisations to improve their performance and increase their success. Systematically diagnosing, analysing, changing, transforming, communicating, and convincing are essential skills for every management consultant.

In order to obtain optimal results, it is also necessary to have a deep understanding of the client in their business environment, while effectively clarifying the parameters of the consultant/client relationship and providing a structure that avoids common pitfalls and produces concrete results.

The entrepreneur, fundamentally, is somebody who takes initiative in setting up or leading a business. The alertness of the entrepreneur leads them to recognise opportunities waiting to be seized. They use their sharp business acumen and understanding of business dynamics to tackle risks and come to “win-win” solutions.
