Interessierst du dich für den Masterstudiengang International and European Public Law?
In diesem Masterstudiengang geht es um die zivilrechtlichen Aspekte von internationalem und europäischem Recht und wie diese internationalen Einrichtungen nationale Rechtssprechungen beeinflussen. Insbesondere beschäftigst du dich als Studierender mit der Rolle des internationalen und europäischen Rechts im Schutz der Menschenrechte und der Rolle der Gesetze und der Rechenschaftspflicht internationaler und europäischer Institutionen. In diesem Master Programm kannst du dich entweder auf eines der beiden Themen ‘Acces to Justice, European and International Economic Law’ oder ‘Constitutionalisation of Law beyond the state’ spezialisieren oder dich mit beiden Gebieten beschäftigen. Neben allgemeinen Fächern in internationalem und europäischem Recht können Studierende aus den Fächern ‘Human Rights Law’ oder ‘European Institutional and Constitutional Law’ wählen.
